Looks like one lucky alleged criminal in Arkansas is about to get a real superstar jury trial.

According to news reports, Blake Shelton has been selected for jury duty in Arkansas. Despite not living in the state, Shelton does own property in the Bentonville, Arkansas area and so next month he will head there to attend a criminal trial. The trial is scheduled to last about three weeks.

Blake is “happy to fulfill his civic duty as a member of a jury in Bentonville,” his publicist told reporters.

Yep, death, taxes, and jury duty are the three things even the rich and famous can't escape from.
